What Memorial Day is really about
Memorial Day Rememberances
Ms.Delia is going to step back a little today from what I normally speak about, because it is an important holiday. Today is Memorial Day, and I think that sometimes we all forget what that’s really about. They say that on Thanksgiving, we give thanks for all that we have. On Memorial Day , we should be giving thanks to all of those who have sacrificed to give us what we have.
Sacrifice
As Mistresses here at LDW and Enchantrix Empire, we joke about submissives, slaves and sissies “sacrificing” for us. However, the sacrifices you may make during a phone fantasy pale in comparison to the sacrifices that our men and women in uniform make on a daily basis. Since 2001, an increasing number of them have been deployed overseas, far away from their families, and have gone in harms way to protect our freedoms. Many of them make the ultimate sacrifice and give up their lives in the protection and defense of their comrades and of people they don’t even know. They do this with no expectation of thanks and glory, but because they believe it is their duty.

Ms Delia, I think it’s great that you acknowledge the women and men who are serving our country. I shake the hand of any veteran I see. I to was a veteran but I was fortunate to serve my country in peace time. Thanks Ms Delia for all you do for us and especially the men and women who put their lives on the line everyday so we can feel safe
