These steps should be done in order. Once you master one, continue to practice and move onto the next.
1. Masturbate with your non-stroking hand for as long as you can. Start with a minute, and work up to 15 minutes, adding a minute each time. When you achieve 15 minutes, move to the next step.
2. Add lube to step 1. Often a good lube creates a really amazing over the top sensation. Do the same as above. Go for one minute, and add minutes until you can get through 15 lubed minutes.
3. Use a Fleshlight or a masturbation sleeve to stroke yourself dry for 15 minutes.
4. Repeat step 3, but add lube. This will be the closest to a pussy, so this step may take a while to get to the 15 minutes.

First, I want to thank you for your posts regarding masturbation techniques. I am in chastity much of the time; however, several times a week, I am granted the permission to stroke. During those stroking sessions, I always incorporate new techniques into my sexual practices.
Regarding the premature ejaculation, I realize that over the years I have made tremendous progress to practice orgasm denial and keep that cum in my balls. I think that because I am uncut, my penis is very sensitive to stimulation; therefore, I have to start with slow strokes. Also, because I practice orgasm denial, there is a strong urge to ejaculate. I practice the Kegels, and that helps keep that cum inside of me, and it results in a pleasurable sensation. To avoid any premature ejaculation “accidents”, I have learned to start off slowly. Here, also, the metronome exercises help greatly.
Then, during the longer stroking sessions, that sensitivity fades somewhat, and I can do lots of edging without having cum squirt out of my penis. At most, there will be a small amount of pre-cum ooze out, especially as I do the Kegels.
Last, I have now attained the ability to have orgasms through those exercises, without ejaculating. Thank you for another great post!
