The Masturbation Monday Stroking Challenge Rules:
- You will need to masturbate daily for six days, starting today, so Monday through Saturday.
- A stroke is counted as a full up and down.
- Your pace will be 120 strokes per minute, so choose an online metronome for pacing.
- Each day, plan to masturbate at about the same time and under the same conditions (same room, same way of dress, same masturbation technique.)
