Today, we’re going to work on cock sprints. You need to get warmed up first, so begin by stroking slowly – about 1 stroke every 3 seconds – for a minute. Then do 1 stroke every 2 seconds for a minute, then once a second for the next three minutes – or a five minute warm up.
Now it’s time for your cock sprints. Stroke as hard and fast as you can for a minute.
