Today, we’re going to work on cock sprints.  You need to get warmed up first, so begin by stroking slowly – about 1 stroke every 3 seconds – for a minute. Then do 1 stroke every 2 seconds for a minute, then once a second for the next three minutes – or a five minute warm up.  Now it’s time for your cock sprints.  Stroke as hard and fast as you can for a minute.  If you edge, you can either ride the edge (You’d make Ms. Delia so much prouder of you if you ride through those edges), or you can rest for 10 seconds, then start stroking hard and fast again.  At the end of your cock sprint, rest for 30 seconds, then back to stroking hard and fast.
