Most of you know that I am a runner, and I enjoy working out. I keep a schedule that allows me to do that and also be as kinky as I want. This year, I am taking on a new challenge, a marathon! I did one in 2001 and thought I would never do one again. Well, I was bitten by the bug for 2019. Plus, my entire running group is doing it, so I HAD to. So, what does this mean for our sexy times together? Yes, things are changing a bit but we WILL have fun!

Split Day Scheduling

Some of my training will take place around lunch. Some will take place around dinner. So, I will be splitting my schedule so I am here partly during the day, and partly at night.

Mondays: I will be on earlier, around 7:30 am. I leave at 11:45 am to go do strength training for an hour with my team. After that, I will sign on and enjoy a longer day to make up for missed times during the week while training.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: These are run nights, usually about 3 to 5 miles, at least in the early part of the year. I will be home by 8:30 pm eastern, but later as the year goes on, and more miles are added.

Wednesdays & Fridays:  These are really the only regular days for me. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and night appointments. Please do ask. I am ALWAYS happy to make an appointment.

Saturday: This is the long run day, and starts at 7:00 am for me. I will ONLY do appointments for this day, so please make them in advance! Friday night, 5:00 pm eastern is my cutoff time for a Saturday appointment, so get in touch with me early! Also, know that appointments will need to be after 1:00 pm eastern due to training and errands.

Sunday: You will see me around more on Sundays, but this is still best as an appointment day. Try to make yours by Friday night 5:00 pm eastern!
