I have had this done to me and did not have that phrase to describe it. I saw someone online write that “small penis humiliation can be a method of control”. I realized for me it was. There were two implied threats – one was that she could tell her friend(s) that it was small. Some girls have a way of letting you know that even if they have not yet…they could.. tell.
