Stretching Before You Masturbate

Try these stretches:
Full Body
Before you get into that masturbation ritual, lay on your bed, and make your body into an X shape. Try to reach your fingers and toes out and away from the center of your body. Hold this 10 to 30 seconds, and repeat it 3 times.
Forearm Stretches
Hold one arm out, palm down. Raise up your fingers toward the sky. GENTLY pull them back with your other hand. Hold this for about 20 seconds, and repeat on both sides 3x.
Hand Stretches
Hold out your arm palm down. Flex your fingers down to the floor. GENTLY push them toward your palm with the opposite hand and hold that for about 20 seconds. You will repeat this 3x with both hands.
You all know I am into exercise, especially running, so I know the importance of a good stretch! I want you to add some sexy stretching to your masturbation routine. It is never fun to be uncomfortable when masturbating.

This is a great idea, Miss Delia! Especially because once they start pounding away, many a Gooner tenses all of their muscles with effort and concentration. For an extended session, the stretching will stave off cramping, at least for a while!
I even have My strokers stretch and massage their balls, but that’s more during the stroke session, when the pressure builds to such heights that their balls get tight!

Great post! Some of our callers need to know that, yes, you can get carpel tunnel from jerking off too much. Stretching the fingers and forearms is needed to keep from getting cramps. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be if every stroke brought a twinge of pain in your wrist! These stretches are wonderful to keep the stroking hand free of pain.
