Once you’ve got this thing attached, there’s no access to the cock and balls! It’s all behind the Plexiglas. Get a piece of plywood (Jack says ¾” would work best) and drill a hole through it large enough for you cock and balls to fit snuggly through. Then, get some small nails, and hammer them in down both edges. I took some leather shoelaces, and laced them up and down Jack’s cock and balls, securing them to the board.
